Ellsworth Paulsen Construction Services evaluates and awards bids based on the following criteria:
1. Your base bid number. Please make sure that your base bid is bid according to plans and specifications without deviation.
2. Any value engineering, alternates, and associated changes you wish us to consider be made to the base bid criteria. Please be creative here. Look at this project as if you were the owner and what you would do it if it were your project.
3. Your company's past history including your ability to man and complete the project on time, your competence and quality. It help us if you supply your proposed crew size and the number of work days you will need, references, and anything else that will help us evaluate this item.
4. List of additional items needed, if any, that are not in drawings or in the specifications. This demonstrates your understanding of the project and your level of experience. We intend that this will be a zero change order job.
5. Your current financial status.
