Description:
The Bob Apartments will consist of (5) three story apartment buildings, (1) clubhouse and (7) garages, all on a 7.2-acre site. All thirteen buildings are Type V-B Construction, wood framed with a slab on grade foundation. Apartments to total 193,742 SF, Clubhouse to total 5,799 SF and Garages to total 10,080 SF. The five (5) apartments buildings will have a total of 192 individual apartment units. Amenities at the clubhouse include a fitness room, leasing office and multi-purpose room. Outdoor amenities will include a pool, spa, fire pit lounge and BBQ area.
