Description:
Early work scopes for the SWSD Facilities Mod & Upgrades bundle will be at the HS/MS campus. Scopes include removal of the roofing down to the existing deck, including any abatement required, and installation of new WSEC-compliant roofing system with extended roofing parapets and structural upgrades. Early scopes will also include demo and replacement at the existing exterior wall cladding systems – including installation of new air barrier, new sheet metal, new metal siding, new masonry, new stone siding, encapsulation of existing stucco and EIFIS, and installation of new glazing systems.
