Description:
The Seattle School District No.1 (district) is requesting qualifications from Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) firms interested in providing professional and construction oversight services for twelve (12) projects with a combined estimated construction cost of approximately $20.1M. Required services will include preliminary design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration.
The district intends to engage two or more architectural and/or engineering firms with appropriate civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical experience and cost estimating capabilities as needed to complete the identified projects. Selected architectural and/or engineering firms can provide requested services as either an inter-disciplinary firm or as a lead firm with sub-consultants.
