Description:
Seattle Public Schools (SPS) issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the acquisition and implementation of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support the Facilities Operations Department. The selected CMMS will replace the current system and provide enhanced functionality to improve operational efficiency, data management, and reporting capabilities.

The Facilities Operations Department manages thousands of work orders annually across 100+ school and administrative buildings, supporting maintenance functions including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial services, and capital planning. The current CMMS is outdated, lacks integration with modern analytics tools, and requires excessive manual workarounds.
