The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals from a qualified firm to assist in evaluating, reorganizing, and improving the operations and project work of the Department of Technology Services (DoTS) Student Systems and Support Team. This includes:
• Implementing industry best practices
• Improving service delivery and customer service
• Enhance communication and collaboration
• Determine and execute foundation training by role
• Optimizing team size, structure, roles, processes to support organizational needs, including workload balance and
• Defining and standardizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Defining and standardizing Service Level Agreement (SLA) template
• Developing and organizing comprehensive documentation to support ongoing operations and project delivery
