Description:
The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing building condition and learning environment assessment consulting services for Capital Levy Planning. Services will include a review of 106 existing school sites. The District will utilize the reports to develop projects that may be included in the next Building, Technology and Academics (BTA) VI Capital Levy or in future levies. The District is seeking assistance from an experienced and knowledgeable consulting firm that is certified by the Office of Superintendent for Public Instruction (OSPI) for building condition assessments.
