Description:
The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals for a firm, ideally with experience working with educational institutions, that has no less than three years of experience supporting and expanding the use of ServiceNow. SPS has a small support group for ServiceNow and seeks a company that can augment the staff. We anticipate support work during the first year to exceed 500 hours, but there is no guaranteed level of work for subsequent years.
