Description:
The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting Statement of Proposal from qualified firms interested in providing Distributor and Supply for Seattle Public Schools.

Items will be awarded by total acquisition cost and evaluation points by item, group of items, or aggregate total (category) depending on what is deemed by SPS to be in the best interest of the department, and the proposer’s ability to meet the required product specifications listed in the RFP.

Vendors may propose one product category or several.

The period of performance of any contract resulting from this RFP is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about September 1, 2025 and end on or about August 31, 2026 with the option for four (4) additional one-year extensions, not to exceed a total of five (5) years. The option to extend any contract resulting from this procurement shall be at the sole discretion of The District and based on sustained satisfactory performance, successful completion of project objective, and availability of funding as decided by the District.

Additional services that are appropriate to the scope of this RFP, as determined by The District, may be added to the resulting contract by a written amendment mutually agreed to and executed by both parties.
