Gravelly lake is apartment buildings, which will entail the demolition of two single family homes and the construction of two wood framed walk-up buildings with a total of 26 units. The unit breakdown consists of 16 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units. The project will also include 36 parking spaces, a communal laundry room, general site work, and landscaping. The project will be 48,472 square feet and located at 5516-5520 Fairlawn Dr SW Lakewood, WA 98499.
