Description:
The new RENTON HIGH SCHOOL PHASED SCIENCE ROOMS MODERNIZATION PROJECT is a 18,200 SQ FT tenant improvement to existing science classrooms on the 1st & 3rd floors of the main classroom building (Building A) of Renton High School. Work includes the complete demolition and interior tenant improvement of 8 new science classrooms in two distinct and separate areas of Renton High School. Work involves all new finishes and equipment as well as all new mechanical and electrical systems throughout the modernized spaces. Selected building envelope, roof, and mechanical penthouse improvements associated with the new spaces are also included. The work will occur during occupied and non-occupied timeframes in an active high school.
