Description:
The project consists of a new 45,000 SF early learning center. The project will include early learning classrooms with attached outdoor backyard play areas, gross motor skill indoor play areas, administrative offices, a kitchen, a library in partnership with Timberland Regional Libraries, shared public playground, associated parking facilities and drives, utilities, and ROW and frontage street improvements. The project construction budget is approximately $41.6 million and will have a capacity of approximately 600 half-time students, ages 3-5 years old. Stage 1 Bidding includes all scopes of work. NTP for construction activity to begin at the jobsite is approximately March 16, 2026.
