Description:
This project is approximately 125,000 sf full replacement of Cedarcrest Middle School with capacity for 850 students. The existing building and portable classrooms will be demolished/removed. The replacement building will be at the existing school location, with an unoccupied site for construction.

Subcontractor Budget Assitance
We are seeking budgetary assistance for the CD estimate by Monday, September 22nd. While quantity-backed budgets are always preferred, we will also welcoming up-to-date unit prices that can be applied to our quantities and/or area allowances
