Description:
Constructing new Baker Hall will provide additional capacity for the college’s cosmetology program and create performance and instruction space for the new theatre program. The proposed Baker Hall will be constructed on existing property on the southeast side of campus.
The new building will consist of a two-story facility approximately 32,100 sf in area, and housing the College’s cosmetology program, theatre program, and general use classrooms.
The construction duration of the new building and site improvements is expected to take 12 months and anticipated to start in mid-2026 with the building being ready for use Fall of 2027.

Subcontractor Budget Assistance:
We are seeking budgetary assistance for the DD estimate by Monday, October 13th. While quantity-backed budgets are always preferred, we will also welcome up-to-date unit prices that can be applied to our quantities and/or area allowances.
