Description:
The scope of work to be performed by the consultant mus be completed by 6/30/2025 and shall include, but not be limited to, conducting an energy audit, creating an O&M plan, creating an energy management plan, and creating a profile on Energy Star portfolio for each of the following facilities:

C. Pioneer Center: 24,600 sf - 501 NE Washington St, White Salmon, WA 98672
