Description:
The City of Longview, Washington, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate and provide supportive services including behavior health resources for a facility on City-owned property. The City’s property currently houses Hope Village, a 50-unit micro shelter community built in 2022 to provide shelter and support for unhoused individuals (ex. recently unhoused, chronically unhoused, transitioning out of inpatient treatment). The selected partner will be responsible, through an Agreement with the City of Longview for managing the site, providing services and case management, and assisting residents in transitioning to permanent housing.
