Description:
The proposed project, supporting Lake Whatcom Residential & Treatment Center, includes the demolition of two existing four-plex structures located on the Property and the construction of a new 38-unit, 3 story studio apartment building, with associated parking, landscaping, garbage, site and utility improvements. The proposed building will have R2 occupancy and Type V-A construction, with approximately 18,200 square feet of gross floor area. The project is being designed for sustainability to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) and state requirements.
