Description:
Faber Construction is serving as the General Contractor for the Kulshan View Apartments Project. The proposed project, serving Community Action of Skagit County, is approximately 1.5 acres and is east of LaVenture Road between Kulshan View Drive and Kulshan Ave. The proposed building is approximately 21,700 square feet of gross floor area with 24-units, 3 stories with one, two and three bedroom units. Site features include associated parking, landscaping, garbage, site and utility improvements. The project is being designed for sustainability to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) and state requirements.
