Description:
Project consists of a 72-unit apartment complex consisting of three (3) apartment buildings, and one (1) Clubhouse. Site work includes demolition of existing trees, clearing, grubbing, and over-excavation of unsuitable soils. New utility infrastructure includes domestic water, sanitary sewer, dry utilities, and storm drainage system.
