Description:
New construction of a 264-unit apartment complex consisting of eleven (11) apartment buildings, one (1) clubhouse, one (1) maintenance building, one (1) mailbox kiosk, one (1) playground, one (1) dog run, one (1) sport court, and eleven (11) carports.

Site work includes demolition of existing drives & utilities to the ROW, existing trees, clearing, grubbing, and over exaction of unsuitable soils. New Utility infrastructure includes domestic water, sanitary sewer, dry utilities, electrical (primary, secondary, franchisee utility, & low voltage) and storm drainage systems. All work associated with addition of new City roadway “Kona Drive” at south end of property
