New construction of a Cultural Recreation Center. A 12,200 sq ft building consisting of gymnasium, kitchen, (2) locker rooms, and (3) bathrooms. The building envelopes include TPO membrane roofing, fiber cement siding and aluminum windows. Site work includes, site concrete, landscaping, irrigation, new utility infrastructures including storm drainage system.
