Description:
New construction of a 72-unit multi-family complex consisting of three apartment buildings and one community building. The building envelopes include composite asphalt shingle roofing, vinyl siding and vinyl windows. Site work includes clearing, grubbing, installation of new asphalt paving, site concrete, landscaping, irrigation, and retaining walls. New utility infrastructure including domestic water, sanitary sewer (including multiple lift stations), dry utilities, and storm drainage system.
