Description:
New construction of a 124-unit apartment complex consisting of five (5) apartment buildings, one (1) clubhouse, one (1) mail kiosk, and three (3) garages. Site work includes demolition of existing drives & utilities to the ROW on 4th, existing trees, clearing, grubbing, and over exaction of unsuitable soils. New Utility infrastructure includes domestic water, sanitary sewer, dry utilities, electrical (primary, secondary, franchisee utility, & low voltage) and storm drainage systems.
