Description:
The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of a new 24,000 square-foot, partial 4-story, steel-framed Administrative/Education Center, on a driven pile foundation. Renovation of the 7,600 square-foot existing Administration and Laboratory Building with selected demolition. Related site improvements including but not limited to the construction of a reclaimed water feature. The entire project is designed to comply with a Platinum certification level according to the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System.
