Description:
The project site is located at 217 E. Park Street, North Bend, WA 98045. It includes the northernmost 0.5 acres of the larger Si View Park. The scope of work includes selective demolition, and construction of a new maintenance building, complete with stormwater improvements, and a pedestrian trail extension. The work shall include site preparation; TESC; demolition; clearing and grubbing; export of unsuitable soils; import of select fill material; specialty building construction and all associated MEP components; concrete and asphalt paving; striping; storm drainage facilities; final grading; irrigation improvements; landscape plantings; and all other items shown on the bid documents.
