Description:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The Edmonds-Woodway High School Multipurpose Fieldhouse is a new facility for the Edmonds School District. The building will be constructed on the existing high school campus and will be located between the football stadium and the baseball field to the south. The new building footprint will be developed on the old tennis courts that were unusable as part of the tennis court and baseball field rebuilds. The target square footage for the new construction is just under 5,000 square feet. The building will serve as a multipurpose space to supplement the need for an auxiliary gym and to provide concessions and restroom facilities for the surrounding tennis courts and athletic fields.
