Please provide bid pricing based on this criteria. This is a competitive GC selection process, and we will go to GMP contract based off this round of pricing. This project will require WA State commercial prevailing wage.
Skagit Regional Health Arlington Medical Office Building is a 30,000 Sq. Ft. 3 story medical office building. The first floor will be utilized as urgent care, while the 2nd floor will have primary care services. For base bid, the 3rd floor will consist of shell space for future TI. Please provide an alternate cost to buildout the 3rd floor as a mirror image of the 2nd floor. The Core & Shell price and Tenant Improvement price must be broken out in your submitted proposal. The building will be concrete tilt up construction with slab on metal deck over wide flange beams for the 2nd and 3rd floor, and pan deck over wide flange beams for the roof structure.
