Description:
The 125th & Aurora Senior Housing project will be an affordable multifamily rental apartment building located in the Bitter Lake neighborhood of Seattle, WA. The property will be a 54,650 SF seven-story mid- rise. The project will feature 66 studios and 24 one-bedroom units. There will be a wellness room, community room, and offices on the first floor. Current improvements consist of a restaurant to be demolished prior to construction, and a tiny house village that will be relocated. The project will be Passive House certified through PHIUS. There will be a full MEP design.
