Description:
The project consists of the construction of an interior secure entry vestibule at each school.
The work includes but is not limited to the following scope:
1. Boston Harbor Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint including modifications to existing administration entrance.
2) Interior transaction window and overhead coiling door to be installed within existing stud framed wall including new structural framing.
3) The existing plumbing will be slightly modified to accommodate existing drinking fountain removal.
2. Madison Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint.
2) Interior improvements to administration space.
3) Interior transaction window and overhead coiling door to be installed within existing stud framed wall.
4) The existing HVAC system will be slightly modified to accommodate reconfiguring ventilation and supply air including modifications to existing kiln room.
5) The existing plumbing will be slightly modified to accommodate existing drinking fountain removal.
3. Lincoln Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint.
2) Interior transaction window and overhead coiling door to be installed within existing stud framed wall including new structural framing.
4. Pioneer Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint.
2) The existing HVAC system will be slightly modified to accommodate reconfiguring supply air.
5. McKenny Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint including modifications to existing administration entrance.
6. Olympia Regional Learning Academy:
a. New Construction:
1) Secure entry to be constructed within existing building footprint including modifications to existing administration entrance.
7. LP Brown Elementary School:
a. New Construction:
