Description:
Construct the Hunt Elementary School Addition which consists of a single story, 12 classroom addition with concrete slab on grade, wood framed structure, including civil and landscape site development, structural, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical and low voltage systems; renovation work to the existing elementary school which consists of reconfiguring the existing building exits that connect to the new addition, located in Puyallup, Washington.
The project consists of two phases. Phase I includes portable building relocations and site work as described in the Contract Documents. Phase II includes the school addition, play area work and restoring temporary entrances/exits in the existing building. Coordinate with Owner’s separate contractors for site access and lay down areas.
