Description:
Scope of work includes the following:
1. Construct an appx 2,000 SF open sided roof structure.
2. Provide electrical and lighting in new structure.
3. Move and rebuild existing material storage bins to include placement of a new concrete slab under bins.
4. Area adjacent to and under new structure will be regraded and resurfaced.
5. Partial demo of existing loading dock, ramp filled in, and area regraded.
