This project will rehabilitate the existing 1909 Kittitas Depot. The work includes foundation improvements, window and door repair and replacement, roof replacement, selective demolition, installation of two new ADA compliant restrooms, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the building, insulation installation, painting, site improvements (including paving and concrete flatwork), and other items.
