Description:
The 2026 Pavement Preservation project proposes to rehabilitate the pavement in portions of 242nd Street SE, North Creek Parkway, 27th Street SE; and reconstruct ramps 228th Street SE/4th Ave SE intersection. The general aspects of this work will involve bituminous planing, pavement repairs, HMA paving, curb ramp upgrades, utility adjustments, pavement delineation and markings, and pedestrian push button work.
