Description:
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract shall include, but is not limited to: temporary erosion/sedimentation control, excavation, drainage, utility work, tree removal, concrete work, street right of way improvements, asphalt, landscaping, carpentry, metal fabrication and steel work, cabinetry, waterproofing, insulation, painting, glazing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection, and other items required for the construction of the Bellevue Botanical Garden Visitor Center on approximately 3 acres of the Bellevue Botanical Gardens located within the Wilburton Hill Park - 12001 Main Street, Bellevue, WA. Work includes all items required for the construction of a new visitor center.
