Description:
Work includes all items required for the construction of a new theatre at 16051 NE 10th St. Bellevue, Washington. Work contemplated to be performed under this contract shall include, but is not limited to: temporary erosion/sedimentation control, grading and excavation, drainage, utility work, grubbing and tree removal, concrete work, street utilities, asphalt work, landscaping, site water retention systems, carpentry, metal work, framing, carpeting, tile, cabinetry, waterproofing, insulation, GWB, sealants, finish hardware, aluminum and hollow metal window and door systems, doors, signage, glazing, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection, and other items required for the construction of the Bellevue Youth Theatre on approximately 2 acres of the Crossroads Park at 16000 NE 10th St., Bellevue, Washington.
