Description:
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows:
Installation of two cleanouts for the buried sanitary sewer lake-line at 2 Enatai Drive. The cleanouts will be installed on private property within a sewer easement (TPN 0824059018) to provide access for City of Bellevue O&M crews to jet the lakeline in both directions when blockages occur.
Replacement of Serwer mainline piping and connections to the Lakeline
Replacement of a Sewer manhole and installation of a cleanout access vault
Installation of a temporary coffer dam around the in-water work area, followed by defishing of the work zone prior to construction.
Design & Installation of a Sewer Bypass System.
Temporary dock removal and restoration post sewer installation.
Temporary removal and restoration of affected structures, including bulkhead walls, timber fences, and grass lawns, to restore the site to its original condition.
