Description:
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows:
 Installation of two cleanouts for the buried sanitary sewer lake-line at 2 Enatai Drive. The cleanouts will be installed on private property within a sewer easement (TPN 0824059018) to provide access for City of Bellevue O&M crews to jet the lakeline in both directions when blockages occur.
 Replacement of Serwer mainline piping and connections to the Lakeline
 Replacement of a Sewer manhole and installation of a cleanout access vault
 Installation of a temporary coffer dam around the in-water work area, followed by defishing of the work zone prior to construction.
 Design & Installation of a Sewer Bypass System.
 Temporary dock removal and restoration post sewer installation.
 Temporary removal and restoration of affected structures, including bulkhead walls, timber fences, and grass lawns, to restore the site to its original condition.
