• Relocation of waterline along Lake Hills Blvd
• Construct a new culvert under Lake Hills Blvd and relocate Kelsey Creek and the existing lake to lake trail.
• Raise Lake Hills Blvd to match new culvert elevation, and add settlement mitigation to reduce future roadway settlement
