Description:
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows:
• Constructing approximately 10,100 LF of ductile iron water mains,
• Installing new fire hydrant assemblies,
• Installing replacement water services,
• Constructing a replacement Pressure Reducing Valve in a concrete vault,
• Abandoning existing Pressure Reducing Valve station,
• Construction dewatering,
• Relocating existing utilities (as required),
• Abandoning asbestos cement pipe,
• Restoring surface conditions, including asphalt trench patching and concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks,
• Performing traffic control,
• Other work as required to complete the project.
