Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: This project provides for construction of roadway improvements of 130th Avenue Northeast between Bel-Red Road and Northeast 20th Street, including the construction of water main relocation, stormwater facilities, asphalt paving, bike lanes, bike buffer, traffic signal modifications at Bel-Red Road and 130th Avenue Northeast and at Northeast 20th Street and 130th Avenue Northeast, illumination, urban design features, landscaping, and sidewalks and other work necessary to complete the work as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
