Description:
Roadway Improvements: Widen existing roadway to the west to accommodate curb and gutter, 7’ wide bioretention swale, and 8’ wide multi-use sidewalk.
Storm/Drainage: Install 122 LF of 12-inch PVC storm main, and 2,050 SY of bioretention swale for water quality.
Sanitary Sewer Main Extension: Install approximately 1,110 LF of 10-inch PVC sewer main by open cut trenching along with new manholes and side sewer connections in 131st Avenue NE extending from 20th Street NE to Hartford Drive.
