Description:
This project includes but is not limited to: (Estimated maximum total duration is 16 weeks from notice to proceed to end of closeout and 100% finalized scope of work for final users mobilization), 3rd-floor enclosed offices ceiling removal and replacement, open work areas ceiling tile replacement, trade permitting as required, coordination and adjustment of MEPs and LV as required, plenum acoustic material installation, coordination with all existing systems (MEP, LV, sound masking, ETC.), patching and wall paint, office equipment protection, cleaning, and other miscellaneous work for a complete an a 100% working systems and scope of work. Any required coordination to prioritize finishing the Fire offices area first to mobilize Fire personnel back to work as soon as possible. All labor, equipment, materials, safety, protection, transportation, hauling, direct and indirect costs, prevailing wages, and compliance with all AHJ requirements, codes, and regulations.
