Description:
Base Scope:
The base scope of work includes the removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing acoustical ceiling tiles (ACT) throughout the building. This work will be completed as follows:
- Removal of Existing ACT Tiles:
Carefully remove and dispose of the current ceiling tiles in a clean, orderly manner, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
- Installation of New ACT Tiles:
Install the new, specified acoustical ceiling tiles in the existing layout, ensuring alignment with the current grid and ceiling system.

Bid Alternative One:
The alternative bid includes additional work as follows:
- New T-Bar and Hangers:
Install a new T-bar grid system and hangers in an appropriate color that complements the building’s aesthetic, matching the specified acoustical ceiling tiles.
- Layout Review and Adjustment:
Conduct a review of the existing layout to identify opportunities for improvement, with the goal of creating a more consistent, visually aligned ceiling design across the building.
