Description:
The City of Everett intends to develop the waterside portion of the future Eclipse Mill Park, the site of a former lumber mill. Work includes laying back the riverbank, stone column ground improvements, and installing an overlook pier with a gangway and float on the Snohomish River for small watercraft. A debris barrier will be installed upstream of the float and pier. Work also includes removal of relic timber piles and other associated timber and concrete along the riverbank, and restoration of the shoreline.
