Description:
Work being performed includes but is not limited to the replacement of the DDC building controller, zone shutoff dampers, thermostats, and connecting infrastructure. Also includes replacement of six rooftop heat pump units, replacement of two split system heat pump units. Addition of three rooftop heat pump units, one VRF system, paddle fans and electric heaters. Also includes re-balancing of the air system, commissioning, and performing all work as required by the Contract Documents.
