Description:
The project includes, is not limited to, dredging, dewatering, hauling, and disposing of 4,00 dry tons of solids from the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) Oxidation Pond, and performing all other work as required by the contract. The City of Everett owned WPCF is located at 4027 4th Street Southeast, Everett WA. Contractor is expected to conduct their operations and manage the dewatered biosolids on the City’s Biosolids Pad.
