Description:
The work to be performed under this Contract for the Front Street Lift Station includes the replacement of piping, fittings, valves, and associated appurtenances in the existing wet well and valve vault, cleaning and recoating the existing wet well and valve vault, replacement of the existing air release valve, upgrades of the existing electrical systems and lighting, replacing the roofing on the existing control building, and miscellaneous site restoration. Temporary bypassing of incoming sanitary sewage flows will be required.

The work to be performed under this Contract for the North Highlands Lift Station includes the replacement of piping, fittings, valves, and associated appurtenances in the existing wet well and valve vault, cleaning and recoating the existing wet well and valve vault, installation of a permanent bypass connection, upgrades of the existing electrical systems and lighting, and miscellaneous site restoration and grading. Temporary bypassing of incoming sanitary sewage flows will be required.
