Description:
The Work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement and installation of approximately 325 linear feet of stormwater pipes including catch basins along Wildwood Boulevard SW. Work includes roadway excavation, asphalt pavement patching, curb and gutter replacement, landscaping, and other work related to stormwater in the City of Issaquah. Additive A1 site at 485 Wildwood Blvd SW includes installation of 60 linear feet of stormwater pipes, approximately 475 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, and driveway restoration. Determination of low bidder will be based on the total bid amount of both Schedule A: Base Bid and Schedule A1: Additive 1 485 Wildwood Blvd SW. In the event that the City elects not to proceed with Schedule A1: Additive 1 485 Wildwood Blvd SW based on the total of the bids, the City reserves the right to award only the work under Schedule A: Base Bid and to make a determination of low bidder for only the Schedule A: Base Bid.
