Description:
Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, labor and other items incidental thereto necessary for the construction and completion of the work, more particularly described as the “2025 Pavement Maintenance” project. The Project includes, without limitation, construction of pavement maintenance including planing, paving, pavement repair, base repair and resurfacing, crack sealing, channelization, stormwater retrofits, pedestrian improvements (sidewalk repair and ADA retrofits), minor landscape and irrigation repair, clean-up, and other work; as shown on Plans and as described in these Specifications, all in accordance with the Contract Documents (“Work”).
