Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement and installation, at its southwest gate access area, two vertical lift gates, security fencing, illumination, and related elements to improve the mobility of airport operations and access for authorized personnel only within a secure perimeter around Paine Field Airport. As part of these improvements, the new gate, security, and illumination systems will require electrical power service. This project will provide connection to the new systems from existing power sources. The improvements will include the removal and replacement of hot mix asphalt pavement, excavation and grading, construction of a new concrete island and curbing, and other related items of work.
