Description:
Project consists of constructing 800 linear feet of new 12- foot-wide separated asphalt multi-use trail with 2-foot gravel shoulders adjacent to SE Redmond- Fall City Road (SR 202). Improvements include site demolitions and grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk with curb ramps, storm drainage improvements, reconstruction of street crossing and residential driveway pavements, signing and pavement markings; tree removal and replacements, existing utility adjustments, landscape planting, fencing, and pedestrian scale lighting at trail head plaza, construction of a monument sign, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
